Emilia Gorton enthralled her audience with her performance of “Waiting for the Sun to Rise.” The costume, designed by Emilia and Ondine Gorton is cleverly composed of PVC mesh banner, abalone shells, tree bark, sticks, moss, duct tape, double stick tape, mirror vinyl sticker, staples, hot glue and wire. Dancing in the rain, swirling in the clouds and riding the waves, Katherine Anne mod- eled “The Turbulent Circle of Life; We Rise With Love” designed by Katherine Jenkins with Heidi White Park. Katherine Anne wears black and white photo- graphs, handmade paper, feathers, sage, dryer sheets, pin- wheels and journal pages with artwork.
